The work generally consists of three single-story brick veneer wood framed bearing wall buldings of approximately 28,500 square feet with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, wood framed structural walls, wood framed interior partitions and soffits, glue laminated roof structure with pre-finished metal roofing and trim. Site work includes demolition of existing structures, grading and excavations for the building construction along with domestic water and sanitary sewage systems, site paving and site utilities.

The Chervenell contract included all improvement on the 14 acre site. Unusual features included glazed block and imbedded designs in the exterior concrete.
