 BookWalter Winery 

This 21,000 SF facility includes a beautiful tasting room, private tasting, administrative offices, a unique Barrel Showroom, and over 15,000 SF of Wine Production space. The exterior of the building is a combination of metal panels and glazing. The building also includes a mezzanine space for future growth. The construction of the building was slowed then stopped by the pandemic but was able to restart post-pandemic and complete to open in the summer of ’21. 

The tasting room is about 2,000 square feet and intentionally designed to be flexible so that it can convert into a banquet space. The banquet room will hold about 150 people with an overflow into one of the barrel rooms.

The building scope consisted of approximately 2,500 SF of interior remodel and 4,000 SF of new addition. This includes a tasting area, lounge, retail space, warming kitchen, restrooms and a wine barrel space. There was some remodeling of the upper floor to create a meeting space overlooking the tasting area. 

The owner and architect brought in local influence to add to the warm and friendly design.

VALDEMAR

This new winery is located in Walla Walla WA. This facility has a processing ship with a capacity of 120,000 bottles. 

This facility will focus on producing wines from the “luxury” to “super luxury” wines and for this, grapes from the most prestigious areas of Washington State will be used.
