This new facility is located in east Kennewick. The building will consist of a gym, a technology center, 2 game rooms as well as a learning center.

RICHLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY
The exterior of the building is a mixture between existing/salvaged brick, composite metal panel siding, curtain wall glazing, and precast concrete panels. The interior of the structure has wood ceilings, wood panels, custom casework, and stained concrete floors.
The remodeled Richland Public Library is a handsome addition to the city. The 25,000 SF new construction was built on concrete piles.

City of Pasco Fire Station 83
The city of Pasco has completed construction of a $5.2 million, fire station at 7520 Sandifur Parkway to replace its ageing Fire Station 83 at 3203 Road 68.
The new Station 83 is a single-story building with four drive-thru vehicle bays, living and sleeping quarters for crews and support space.
