WSU STUDENT HOUSING
This project was constructed to provide an onsite housing option for the WSU Tri-Cities students. The first phase of the project consisted of a 73,400 square foot, 3-story housing facility which included 81 apartment style units consisting of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options.
Each apartment contains its own kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio.
