West Richland Police Department
The new police facility features a public entry, police records and Department of Corrections. The lobby has a waiting/staging area for community events with an adjacent multi-purpose room.
The design includes police admin, investigations, staff locker rooms, fitness area, interview rooms, evidence processing and storage, squad room, report writing and records office. An outdoor courtyard in the center is a secure break area.

City of Pasco Fire Station 83
The city of Pasco has completed construction of a $5.2 million, fire station at 7520 Sandifur Parkway to replace its ageing Fire Station 83 at 3203 Road 68.
The new Station 83 is a single-story building with four drive-thru vehicle bays, living and sleeping quarters for crews and support space.

Benton County Juvenile Justice Center
Project includes selective renovation of portions of the existing structure to the Juvenile Justice Center (JJC) in Kennewick.
This project came with some challenges: the existing facility has a very limited construction area to build two new housing pods. The on-site courts and administration wing had to remain fully operational during construction.
